The WYSO Center offers flexible, modern meeting spaces just minutes from the Capitol. Whether you’re hosting a quarterly offsite, training session, or executive retreat, our rooms are designed to keep your team focused, comfortable, and connected. Every rental supports youth music education in Wisconsin.

Rehearsal Hall A

Capacity: Up to 175 seated

Rehearsal Hall B

Capacity: Up to 125 seated
Perfect for: Workshops, rehearsals, medium-size trainings

Rehearsal Hall C

Breakout Rooms

Capacity: 30 guests each
Perfect for: One-on-ones, interviews, breakout groups
Includes: Table seating, whiteboard, Wi-Fi, natural light
Rate: $75/hour each

Our three breakout rooms are ideal for smaller conversations and focused work. Each space is similarly furnished and equipped, making them a flexible choice for offsite agendas with multiple working groups.

Lobby + Gallery Space (Add-On)

Perfect for: Pre-meeting coffee, receptions, casual networking, post-performance mingling

Includes: Open-concept seating, gallery walls, flexible arrangement options

Add-On Rate: $100 flat fee

This flexible, open space connects directly to our main rehearsal halls and offers a welcoming environment for guests. Whether you’re hosting a check-in station, mingling over coffee, or capping off the day with a reception, this space sets the tone.

2nd Floor Patio

Perfect for outdoor breakout sessions, happy hours, or casual wrap-ups.
Includes: Bistro seating, skyline views, accessible from 2nd floor
Rate: $150/hour

Kitchen Access (1st & 2nd Floor)

Perfect for event prep, catering setup, or staff lunch breaks.

Includes:
1st Floor Kitchen: Full-size fridge, prep counters, sink, microwave
2nd Floor Kitchenette: Compact fridge, sink, counter space
Rate: $50 flat fee for single-day use (included for full-day rentals)
